In April 2000 I was promoted to Security Designer Core commercial working for the London city sales team, my roll of designer gave the ten man sales team the ability to increases sales by freeing them of estimating the larger type of jobs from drawings and specifications to a value of 50K.

Then in April 2002 I had the opportunity to move to the systems division in London city and I was promoted to Security Designer systems. This roll was both challenging and enjoyable and both stretched and satisfied me.

In May 2003 I was promoted to Security Design Team Leader Systems, I looked after a small four man team of both security and fire designers whilst still designing security installations of sometimes well over one million pounds.

In May 2008 the Integrated systems group was formed, and in October London city office was streamlined and I was moved to Loughton office and was part of a seven man design team.

Then in July 1987 I was promoted to Installation Supervisor running a team of eight security engineers over east and west, London and Essex,

Joined a leading Security Employer in June 1982 as security installations engineer fitting and commissioning small intruder alarms and CCTV systems.
