- Managing whole work activities at designated area.
- Setting performance standards.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy/plan for assigned relationships within specific geographic or other sales alignment delineation consistent with the overall relationship objectives to maximize penetration within given area.
- Develops annual sales and marketing forecast, and implements and achieves the annual sales plan within area.
- Monitor and control budget for the area to ensure all financial targets are met and all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirement.
- Developing Sales Programs.
- Coordinate activities with the inside departments (finance, administration, maintenance/technical support, engineering, and projects) to maintain and further develop relationships with key accounts.
- Recruiting personnel when needed in area or in company.
- Daily monitor and control performance of sales divisions and take corrective actions if needed.
- Perform Monthly Evaluation for team members.
- Organize and control area sales staff to ensure appropriate motivation and training to meet all sales targets.
- Develop all necessary procedures and process to ensure that the sales force operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives
• Assures that appropriate technical guidance and assistance regarding product applications and technology are available to the marketplace.
• Monitor the performance of sales staff and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
• Preparing and delivering presentations to key clients and consultants.
• Conduct Commercial and technical negotiations with customers.
• Create and ensure optimal work environment within the designated area.
• Managing weekly sales meetings and participate in management department’s meetings.
• Assist the company in securing tender bids in the area.
• Investigate and develops new markets/geographies in line with the area’s growth plans for the International business.
• Analyze sales levels and trends through market research and initiates pro-active or corrective actions as required to assure attainment of objectives
• Studying all received market information with management to build or fine-tune existing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Representing company at trade shows, exhibitions & delegations.
• Assist in exhibition planning and preparations.
• Establish Records System.
• Responsible for periodical performance evaluation of team members.
• Correspondence with customers and/or suppliers.
• Work closely with the management to ensure that company strategies are properly implemented.
• Report to higher management any ‘wrong’ actions that are taking place in the company.
